Why pay setup if the features are included?
Your plan defines the features. Your quote defines the work: branding, content, configuration, connections, testing, and training specific to your business. Standard features use our reusable platform. Setup is a separate required payment, quoted after consultation.
Flow is a mobile-friendly ordering website without POS integration or native apps. Grow adds branded apps and supported POS connections. Thrive adds coordinated location management. Grow and Thrive launch scope includes app preparation and submission; Apple and Google control approval.
Example: a coffee shop choosing Grow
One shop can choose Grow for its website, apps, and supported Square connections. It pays a launch quote plus $99 per month, with a 1% platform fee capped at $1 on each online order. Business size does not create a separate development package.
If the shop also wants catering approvals and a staff preparation list, we assess that workflow and quote it separately. Custom work does not automatically come with the monthly plan.
Custom work, support, and cancellation
Unique designs, new features, unsupported integrations, and extensive migration receive separate quotes. Your agreement defines revisions, support allowances, timelines, acceptance criteria, payment milestones, and cancellation terms, including completed work and outstanding payments.
Payment processing, external provider subscriptions, developer accounts, domains, and optional AI setup may add to the cost. We identify them before you commit. We agree measurable goals for custom work without guaranteeing sales or savings.

What does the fee cover?
The ongoing platform fee contributes toward handling online orders and maintaining the ordering service as it is used. It applies to Grow and Thrive website and app orders, in addition to setup and monthly service. Unrelated physical-register sales do not incur it. Flow and Own your app have no platform ordering fee.
This example shows our platform fee only. We confirm the calculation basis, treatment of tax and tips, refund policy, and billing arrangement before launch. The $1 cap does not cap your payment provider's fees.
